Medical Career Specialists:

Guys be very AWARE!!! of this company, I  decided in January to put a deposit down for the Billing and Coding program, it only cost me $150.00 to start, well unfortunately my husband passed, I  had to cancel my class and bury my husband. We'll when I told them i needed the deposit back, they simply expressed thier are no refunds, or money-back, but yet in the reciept it says no-where of no refund, then when I   kept  calling, calling, calling, still no-one had answers they make-up excuses not to pay you back.!!!!
Now since my husband died, now still we are going into the month of September 20112 still no- money so guys if they cannot refund a widow what makes u think they will be passionate to refund you!!!
guys seriously   be careful of these guys   all talk...... but really take a look they are not about what thier business they stand for!!!!!!  SORRY PLEASE I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN MY MONEY!!!! BECAREFUL GO TO COLLEGE OR TECH SCHOOL FOR A REAL TRADE THESE GUYS ARE FULL OF SH*T!!!

THIS TOO!!!!!!!!!!! 

1. FIRST you registered for Medical Assistant in DECEMBER 2011 (not January like you claim), waited to get all the course materials, then begged to be switched to Billing and Coding so you could get the materials FOR FREE!!! You are a THIEF!

2. THEN you asked to be registered for your exams early and SWORE you were going to pay BUT YOU NEVER DID. The company lost over $300 and I GOT BLAMED!! You are a LIAR!

3. AND THEN surprise surprise you called like the day before class started to say you didn't need the training anymore once you had deceitfully STOLEN EVERYTHING. You are SNEAKY AND TRICKY!

The company policy PLAINLY,CLEARLY stated that the $150 deposit was NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE YOU RECEIVED YOUR MATERIALS and you knew that because you had to agree to the policy to enroll. DON'T LIE!! So then in the same day your "dad died". Really? How convenient.... Ironically, when you called back it all of a sudden became your husband. Too bad for me I was DUMB ENOUGH TO BELIEVE YOU and your SHAMELESS, TRICKY sob stories so I sent you the extra
materials, registered you for exams, and put in a refund request for you. 

*********All $982.72 was garnished from my check because of you and I WAS FIRED BECAUSE OF TIFFANY MARIE RODRIGUEZ!!!!!!!!!!**********Don't trust her or ANYTHING she says!! She is a CRIMINAL and  a CROOK!!

Apparently she doesn't have the best track record. She has STOLEN FROM OTHER PEOPLE IN OTHER PLACES TOO. Look her up on RIPOFF REPORT and search for her MUGHSOT on Google. This is NOT the first time she has done this type of thing!!

MCS I have spoken to u, left messages, e-mails, and come to realize u guys will not refund me my money, I am not making  false claims, or   slandering your name, I have proof of the receipt and of the deposit being taken off my credit card, and bank statements and verified with the bank that money was taken off. I have already spoken to Brandy Smith and she expressed it will take a long process, i have notified you guys since march 2012 about the refund regarding my deposit, still no-answer, no phone calls, nothing I am being ignored.We are now going into October 2012 in 1 week, still no answer me going on this website is the most response that i have had from your company.

All I am asking to have my refund returned????? that is all  I am requesting, if a refund is not an option that is fine, I have already contacted BBB about this matter, and discovered their are 7 other complaints regarding similar  issues I  am having with your company.So Im  not stupid, and read between the fine lines of how your company may think, or assume of me being a slander, trust me u need to look into the other complaints about  your company, and way more slander, brutal complaints of your company and you guys believe I'm bad at what I'm saying,Trust me i have proof, and I'm sure your company has proof too. And I would not get online to slander your company and what you guys stand for, I'm speaking the truth, I have not recieved my refund I'm just stating FACTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have proof of my deposit through bank statements, and credit card receipt, and the business does have my credit card info too, no I am  not making false statements you guys did take my deposit, and if u do not want to find, or look my receipt up dont worry I  already e-mailed a copy to the BBB, and also keep it on file, and contacted the bank showing proof of the money being taken  off my credit card. I also will continue to post  what  i feel and the fact you guys have not refunded the money, i have already spoken to Brandy Smith, and had an e-mailed  with Mrs. Bleakly and yes  they do know me cause for last couple of months i have been calling, sending e-mails , and trying to find out where is the deposit. And i paid for the deposit this January 2012 and notified the company in march of the refund due to my husband passing, and I was informed by Brandy Smith the process takes 6-12 months , Im not stupid and i know that u guys are not wanting to pay the deposit back, so until I recieve the money I will continue to keep complaining,and other questions concern please call me, or yet call BBB and they will confirm i sent the paperwork, i have nothing to hide, and no i dont go online to claim false claims on a company , u guys were fine when i decided to put the money down, now u do not want to pay it back!!! that is fine i will continue to complain, and to my knowledge im not the only one that has had problems with the MCS, best way to solve it refund, if not , i will continue my journey to make sure you guys dont do this to another widow!!!!!!

Not even one.  However, if and when a mistake is made, a good company/person will make a good faith effort to correct their error. 

Medical Career Specialists is a good company, that strives to be the very best. For this reason, we will always make our very best effort to fix any errors that may have been made. With this being said, if you can provide your training location (preferably in a private e-mail for your protection), we will have the Education Director for that area personally contact you to further investigate the statements you have made.

If there is any validity to the claims made, then we would like to apologize in advance for any mistake that could have occurred on our part and Medical Career Specialists will do whatever it takes to make things right. However, if no records can be found (on your end or ours) to validate the claims, we will ask that you please refrain from making such statements.

As stated above, our students are of the utmost importance to us and we greatly value each and every one of them. Hello my name is Tiffany Rodriguez, and yes the company does have a record of my money deposit being made from my credit card, and yes if the is Medical Career Specialists, I have been calling, leaving messages, and yesterday you guys called back then hung up due the upper management responding to no conversation with me, and yes I do have proof of me of me making the payment,so if your company does get offended due to me posting the truth SORRY YOU NEED TO REFUND THE MONEY, MY DEPOSIT AND TRUST ME I AM NOT THE ONLY 1 WHOM HAS MADE A REPORT, SPOKEN TO THE BBB AND REQUESTED AN INVESTIGATION, YOU NEED TO REFUND THE MONEY, AND KEEP YOUR SO-CALLED GOOD NAME AND I HAVE PROOF FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT OF ME CREDIT CARD MAKING THAT DEPOSIT IN JANUARY 2011 OF THIS YEAR!!!!!!!!
