On March 5th I ordered a M11D AutoClave machine FOR A LOCAL CHARITY from www.medicalequipmentpros.com which can be seen at (http://www.medicalequipmentpros.com/Sterilizers/Automatic-Autoclave/Ritter-Midmark-M11D-Autoclave-Automatic-Sterilizer-Largest-Tabletop-Sterilizer-That-Is-Automatic-With-A-Manual-Door).

It is now April 13 and it has not arrived.  I have contacted Mr. Lee Joseph at Medical Equipment Pros and was told I never completed the order which is why it was not shipped.  Mr. Joseph was very nice on the phone, but he refused to ship out the autoclave insisting that it had never been ordered or paid for online.  However, I am confident I completed the order and am ready to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

This is not a cheap piece of medical equipment, it was almost $4000.  And, yes, I do have the credit card statement showing the charge.

I respectfully request that Mr. Joseph send me the autoclave I ordered and all can be forgiven.  Thanks.

Well, I cannot say enough about how great the Ripoff Report is!  Within hours of submitting my report I shared it with the owner of Medical Equipment Pros and he called me promptly!!

As it turns out, I did not in fact complete the order.  I am VERY SORRY to Mr. Joseph and the Medical Equipment Pros people.  I had a charge on the card from MedVED which is a completely unrelated company.  I am very sorry, and, as I said I would, I am posting here to let everyone know that I did not get ripped off by Mr. Joseph.

I want to thank Lee for helping me find the real issue and to offer me a great deal on the autoclave I (still) needed.  Thanks and again, I am truly sorry for any trouble I caused.
