Received an email from the BBB, where this MIZDAYEM responded to my cliam by telling them I was crazy, that they serve all of their customers with the highest degree of service, and that they were going to get a court order of protection against me for going on YouTube, and blasting him and his company for unethical practices. This ZAYIN told them that I threatened to kill him and his family, blah, blah, blah. All lies of course, but ya haveta think... what a low life this shrewmouse has to be, to stoop to such levels of subhuman character, to lie the way he does... but what do you expect from a KOOS like that guy? One who misrepresents his products online, gets called on it, and STILL has the same deceiving picture on his website, hoping to get over on one more person. What a MANIAK!!

8/20- Orders a Tens Unit, Battery & Charger, and 2 COMPLETE Therapy Programs. Programs are to immediately download after purchase. Didn't happen.

8/26- I FINALLY get someone on the phone, and asked where the programs were. She said it should have downloaded, I say it didn't. She says she will download it ASAP. ASAP doesn't happen.

8/27- I called, and as usual they're away from the desk, blah blah blah- so I email them and ask about my programs again. I call back and get someone, who questions my integrity concerning the downloads, so I put the little wombat in her place, and she left me on hold forever, only to come back and say they will download it before close of business, and hung up before I could let her know that was unacceptable.

SO I email them and tell them if they don't download the fileS ASAP, refund my money, ASAP! They send ONLY the Shoulder Therapy Program. I email them again to ask where the Lumbar Program was, and they never got back to me that day.

8/28- The send the Shoulder Therapy Program AGAIN!!! So I write them and tell them I've had enough of their stupidity, and I want my refund ASAP! I hear nothing from them on this day, nor do they download the Lumbar Program.

8/29- They FINALLY download the Lumbar Program, and I get to see the fast one he pulls on his customers. it's called BAIT N SWITCH. I email them and blast them for false advertisement, and warn them if they don't refund the $98 they STOLE from me, I was reporting them to the BBB. They ignore me. Bad mistake.

9/30- ONE MONTH LATER... I submit my claim to the BBB, citing Mitch Jay Reiff for False Advertisement, and misrepresentation of his products.

10/01- Punk a*s Reiff calls my home at 8am, and curses me out for submitting a claim to the BBB. I curse him out, he curses me out, I get the upper hand, he goes running with his tail tucked between his legs like the b***h that he called me.

10/02 Until I feel vindicated... I am going to blast this guy for the disrespect he showed to my wife. You can talk anyway you want to me, but my wife is a lady, and he should not have dragged her into our war. That's where he made his mistake.
