Medical Service Group Constant calling Floral Park New York

This company according to Bloomburg was formed in 1968. They sell all types of medical supplies and equipment. They got my information off of FaceBook under an add for free pain relief with CBD oil.  I never finished the entire questionaire but the mined enough information to use my phone number to harrass me.

They use many numbers that eminate out of Floral Park, NY. Some numbers are 516 or 718 area code. This is logical since part of this town is in Nassau county and the other is in Queens county, part of NYC. They first started to call at 8am. They woke me up! Then they havent stopped calling. They are persistant and never stop even after you tell them to not call you. In fact by doing this, the continue to call you! 

The people who call are all of Pakastani decent. This tells me they are not based inthe states but rather off shore and use an annonomous VPN with local numbers to think they are local to you when they call. 

Like US Pharmacy once they have your number they will not stop calling you. I have about 100 blocked numbers so far. They want your insurance information so they can get the health insurer to pay for medical equipment . In my case it would be pain medicine.
