Medrano Express Take your money and disappear Plainfield New Jersey

Sent two boxes to El Salvador, Central America April 2013 through Medrano Express (delivery company).  I was promised that the boxes would arrive in 6 to 8 weeks.  IMy relatives never received the boxes within 8 weeks, I began to call Medrano Express to get status of boxes, two searate times I was told that the boxes will arrive but I should allow more time.  Two months after calling to check on the status, all phone numbers for Medrano Express were out of service.  I then learned that they went out of business, but I never received a call and the boxes were never received by my family.  

On Labor Day, Monday, September 2, 2013, I received a call from a relative advising me that there was a sale at the Medrano Express located at 305 East Front St. Plainfield.  I rushed to the office to inquire about my boxes.  I learned that the landlord took things out of various boxes and was selling the items to the public.  I contacted the police but the police sided with the landlord and stated he is trying to get rid of the stuff that was left in the building.  I to the landlord thaat boxes are labeled with the sender's address and phone number and that he should have contacted the owners of the boxers instead of profiting from things that do not belong to him or Medrano Express, of course I was ignored and discouraged.  

It was a slap n the face, I am very disappointed.  I cannot believe that both Medrano Express and the landlord of 305 East Front St., Plainfield stole from hard working individuals who simply wanted to send items to their relatives who are poor and depend on their American relatives to provide clothing and other items for them.  It is now September 2013 and my family never received the two boxes. Im under the impression that the items in the boxes were either sold or the items were stolen.  I need your help in recovering my shipping costs and boxes and if the boxes are not available I would like the total value of the boxes which is about $1500.00
