YOU WILL "NEVER" SEE A REFUND. BEWARE!!

I signed up with them to order meds on line. They are just a referral service. They charged me a one time non refundable fee of $3.27 and a monthly fee of $32.95 in April 2005. A few days later I emailed & canceled my service.

I have SEVERAL emails over the past 3+ months telling me my account was canceled and I should expect a refund in 5-12 business days. I have been nice, I have been threatening to report them to the BBB, to file a civil suit, etc. NOTHING has gotten me "one step ahead".

When I send an email inquiring, I always get the same response "I will forward it to our credit department". That department doesn't exist. They won't give me a direct telephone number or contact person in emails or when I call. After calling, they refused to tell me what state they are in.

At some point I received an email telling me that "their bank is holding up the funds for my credit". I told them that was they're problem, and they can mail me a check. That never came.

I'm tired of the emails and the telephone calls where they WON'T give me any information. I've searched on line for another contact number or the name of the owner of the Company, to no avail.

After reading this website, I will take the advice and file a complaint/dispute with my credit card company and hope that will work. I'm more upset that this Company "steals" peoples money and REFUSES to return it, moreso then I am about loosing on out on $37.85. They are ripping people off DAILY and getting away with it.
