I purchased mattresses from- Mega Mattress Discount store, 3080-Rt. 50 Saratoga (Wilton shoppes) NY 12866 Phone_518584-21345. The first mattress a Tempur Queen set on 9-21-12 for the amount of $1496.93. 1 month after purchase
it was molded and sagged to the floor, after a long time of (12-4-12) communicating with the owner (Don) of Mega Mattress I was able to pick a different mattress with an upcharge bringing the cost to $1891.86. The next mattress that was delivered had a defect in the sewing and was noted as soon as it was unpackaged. I was told by Mega Mattress it was not a problem they would stand behind the mattress if there was ANY use problem.

After 2 weeks the mattress completely Failed and has become like the bumps on the side of the highway, unusable! Now
1/7/13(Don)  I went to see the Owner Don and he has another story about how the mattress company has to send an
inspector. It just so happens the inspector is unavailable due to death in his family for another week and a half.

I have not had a restful night in over 2 months and find it utterly ridiculous that I cannot have my money refunded for poor- cheap- faulty products sold by Mega Mattress.
