Mega Movers, Florida Mega Moving And Storage Inc. I was totally ripped off. They jacked my price up from $900 to $2400, after loading my stuff on their truck. They delivered 3 weeks late and my 50" TV is missing! North Miami Florida

This is the worst experience ever!! The worst customer service imaginable (or lack there of). These guys came 2 days late in picking up, but promised to deliver from NC to Philadelphia, in 3 days, since I was starting work soon thereafter. First of all, we were quoted $900, but after packing into their truck, this went up to $2400! And after leaving with our stuff, they were gone! Of the day of delivery, I called the driver more than 10 times, without picking up. He eventually called me and said he was downstairs my apartment building at about 1am. I went downstairs and waited for about 30 mins. And of course he did not show up and stopped picking up my calls altogether. I called the office the next day and explained that I had all my medical records with them and that I could not start work without them. They promised to deliver 3 days later. Needless to say, they promised me 4-5 more times but failed. At some point, they simply put me on hold for 20 mins and then hang up abruptly. They eventually delivered 3 weeks later. And I found that my 5o" samsung plamsa TV is missing!!!!! And all they tell me is file a report. Now I've found out the driver lured me into signing a limited liability insurance that only covers 60 cents per pound of missing item. Go figure!
This is a big scam. And I fell for it big time. Please do not ever patronize this company and make sure to inform your friends about them. If your belong to a social website, make sure to expose their scam.
