Megafitness.com dishonest Internet

i ordered two dumbells sets from this company megaftiness.com on aug 22 of this year. contacted them numerous times by email curious where my products were. after several trys i finaly got a response from them by email.

they told me there would be a small wait on my products. after another few weeks i again contacted them to find out where my products i had already been charged for were. after several trys by email to customer service i had ZERO response. i then called them and they told me that there was going to be a further wait for my products i purchased.

i waited few more weeks then called them again wondering what was going on an why it would take 9 weeks or more to recieve something i order during summer and its now going on the end of fall. i talked to customer service about when and where my products were. they had absolutly no idea nor answers to products they billed my credit card on weeks ago. they told me it could be another three weeks or more but they had no idea.

how can you run a company that cant deliver a product within nine weeks after them charging you. not like i order a car. order a dam set of wieghts. this is the most worthless ,slow unhelpful company i have ever had to deal with. now im worried they wont credit my credit card for the products they never sent. stay away an avoid this company. they offer free shipping for a reason. cause there products never leave there warehouse.
