I have used MeLeads.com services for one month, after had a live chat with their support team, I have purchased "exclusive leads" package.

I have not received any email confirmation about the payment made, when I enquire support guys said that you must have received already. After few follow up about this payment acknoledgement I just ignored as it doesn't matter me that time.

As per their website and chat, they assured me to provide full Qualified & Fresh web design leads. When I check with those leads, those leads were not fresh or well qualified. I have also employed a high profile sales person to work on the leads. He told me that, if he further proceeds with the leads, he will be punishable by law.

Because, when we call those leads, they might have received many calls that day - this tells you that leads are not exclusive as per their assurance, but they are sharing the leads to everyone.

When we call the leads, we heard from other end that, they are not quite sure about why we call them and they don't have any interest in web design. This tells you that these leads are not at all qualified or verified as per their promise, but these are just picked from the net and sold to you.

When I reach their support after continueous follow ups, they told that they will replace those leads. But again, those are all same unworthy leads. We finally end up with cold-calls and totally upset over this leads package.

Shockingly, another month, my credit card automatically deducted payment for the next month subscription to MeLeads.com and it's their Friday night. I was not able to reach them until Monday and they didn't respond my message till Wednesday.

After continueous follow ups they told me that they have canncelled that subscription and I will get the refund. After 1 month time, I have realized that they have not really refunded the amount but just cancelled my account subscription. My bank required the proof of cancelled transaction to deal with the dispute, but I am unable hear anything from reach MeLeads.com

They have not contacted me again and they don't respond my messages too. Finally I lost 2 months of Leads worth money with FAKE & FRAUD MeLeads.com leads services

MeLeads.com is a Fake and Fraud web design leads provider, they don't show up their location or contact details anywhere on the website.
