There was not a reason to sue. I was making payments on a (suppose to be Full English Cream Female Dachshund with no other colors in pedigree) misrepresented Cream Dachshund. I prepaid her 8 months in June which paid me up to Feb 28 2008. In July I was informed of a puppy laundering operation going on. I then tried to get proof of parentage of this $5000.00 fake full English Cream puppy. Melissa A Kolbe would not give me proof. I tried to get her to sign an agreement that if this puppy was not the product that I ordered that I would get all my money back.

She would not even meet me and read it.
The contract says that "We will be sending you an application for registration as soon as we receive one from AKC" She never had the litter registered.
She also wants to control what you feed your dogs or the gaurantee is not anygood. Bestbreed dog food under our instructions. I feed Natural food and so getting my dog replaced was out of the question even tho she has a congenitel heart murmur. She also has a skin disorder that is a genetic problem.

I got a notice that I needed to appear in court, I was being sued by Melissa A Kolbe for $3300.00. By contract I still owed her $1000.00 starting March 28, 2008. She sued me Feb. 11, 2008. Your finances is what they are after.

Laundering puppies that other people cannot sell. They buy them at a low cost form $100. to $300. and sell them to you for up to thousands of $$$ because they misrepresent them.

Did your dog come from a nice household or a puppy mill or puppy laundering kennels. Are you paying vet bills that you can't really afford because your puppy got sick? I AM.

The "we" is her and her partner. Lady J's Doxies owned by Judi Schoenle.
While being investigated she admitted in buying cheap puppies and selling for a big price.

Melissa would not consent to a Dna testing till OCt. 2007. I tried everything I knew what to do from July "07 till Dec of '07. Then after the DNA test she would not let me compare the parents profile to the puppy who is now 9 months old. Decided to go to NY and sue her because the courts there has stronger laws concerning her operations than Indiana does. She beat me and sued me here. Wonder why?

When you order a full English Cream puppy with no other colors in background and you get one thats mothers side is almost everything but cream. And Melissa claims 30 years experience. I'm betting on GOG. Her lying and misrepresentation is infinite. SHe has no limits to where she will go to scam you.

If she would have represented the puppy as she should have, knowing my criteria, I would not have been interrested, let alone pay half of my social security check to her every month. I am 71 years old and I needed that Full English Cream to have a pair that was not tainted with another color. That dream seems far fetched at this time. I am a person of my word so I will pay what I owe. I also got court ordered to do so. Was never trying to get out of that. Just wanted proof. Wanted what my money was suppose to be paying for. I got a $600.00 pet for $5000.00.

Melissa A Kolbe is a scam artist and does not care about anything but getting as much of your hard work money as she sits, and , she does not know what integrity is. The people at the motel there told me about her but it was to late.

I countersued for $4500.00. I lost countersuit because I did not pencil in the contract "Full" English Cream. Everything was discussed by phone. She gave me her word when she said "top of the line. Top is Purebred. What a liar.

She dropped peoples names like they were candy. If these people have any respect for Melissa, I would have to question their morales.

It is not the animals fault that they get laundered. quit raising something that will get abused. There are people like scammers and launderors and they are not to be taken lightly. I am so sorry all of you had to go thru this but let the world know.

But a person is only as good as their word. That is why I will pay what I signed. She isn't and she didn't.
Make everything in writing down to the detail. Take as long as you need to draw up the contract with all the details you agree on with the breeder and then reread it many times and pencil in what you need. If the breeder does not agree to reasonable requests then there are other breeders.

She lied under oath. Said we made the deal before the puppy was born. The puppies birthday is May 1, 2007. We made the deal May 14, 2007. LIE!

Melissa will bring in Dr. Chan Jumper, Her laundering partner Lady J's Doxies owner Judi Schoenle, Her Attorney and her past customers. I am sure there are a few satisfied customers. Not every puppy is a laundered puppy.

A well known female has a litter of three and there are six registered to her. There are all kinds of ways to be scammed. I am just sorry she is not shut down and her name is not on every Dachshund website. Maybe a link to RipOffReport would do the trick. Have a website?
