Residents will sign for packages, then claim to receive an empty box..
will make claims for damaged goods, and will claim to not receiving
items, though mail carrier services show recorded delivery.
Melissa and mother Phyllis have been scamming Ebayers for years
having opened several accounts and using fake added names to credit
cards to avoid being caught..Bonzale members have been scammed as well!
Melissa has also admitted on a public board to scamming Barneys,
claiming a 'friend' used her card..
CON!!!!!
Ebay names that she has scammed under are:

have come forth to tell of their experiences..

where a seller tells of a buyer who tried to scam her out of a $4000 handbag by claiming to receive an empty box.

Melissa filed a dispute with Paypal andLOST..she is now trying to do a chargeback..

Another victim tells how the scammer bought a handbag and now claims to have not

received the bag..though mail documents showed it was delivered!!!


She has been scamming since 2003 under different accounts and names, but using the same address.

If you have been scammed by an occupant at the noted address..please contact

Brooklyn police dept..they are collecting reports, and are very interested in nailing this con.

and notify the mail company asap..

she has filed false insurance claims with FEDEX and others..

Beware of dealings with anyone at :

Residents will sign for packages, then claim to receive an empty box,  will make claims for damaged goods, and will claim to not receiving items, though mail carrier services show recorded delivery. Melissa and mother Phyllis have been scamming Ebayers for years having opened several accounts and using fake names, (same address), to avoid being caught..Bonzale members have been scammed as well! Melissa has also admitted on a public board to scamming Barneys, claiming a 'friend' used her card.. LOWLIFE LOSER CON!!!!!
