this whole corperate approachjust proves how little these business buffs who think they are miracle workers yet dont realize maybe its care maybe they find it funny all they bigshots see is not see but get on there visits while your at one time a bubbly hard working server worked here 4 years enough to no better we do no lie 75 percent of the work running our a*s offwhile we make 3.52 an hour while in this company they hold your charge tips good luck uncle sam enjoys tAXING your hard earned 10 what this com pays after being taxed on 100 of charge tips i used to enjoy my work well that is before there inconsiderate corp made new rules by all means we get 3 an hour not 2 like you got away with keeping low so long so of course we need changes lets take the bus help sure the iq of such slow unreliable help i believe for there cut in hiring disabled no discriminating do i set with that statement i work hard and receive no bonus raise lousy health care anyhow our bus help has to be related to the turtle species appreciated but two hours is all 5 slow table clean ups dont seem to help the 12or so tables youve took drinks made drinks managers are always in the office sure there eating we work 7-8 hours non stop running no time to think but those three managers that youll train to not help only observe makes me wonder why 3 of them saving mony they are and all this busing has me wasting 40 a week on a chiropracture so i can get out of bed spend no time with tables there is non ice dish stock making salads special new time consuming drinks cut the floor to a two save money helps us out none i sell bout 500-600 from8-2thats 6 hrs 5.99 meale most under 10 do the math all those plates i bump tickets play along with there way to make things betterha lets put the window our server not on the side to recieve tickets after rang in from opposite side we love the extra step and the extrs trip because rather than the side your on having your ticket that would make sense youd now when its up genius non working never been worked in a hurry puts on opposite side so we walk to check on ticket then we must tray 2 3 4 peoples food usually two trays no manager help maybe half hour helping tray so two trip  but wait no ketchup no jelly filled fast paced lets pinch and cut morning server now i run 8 tables at once smart hosts who have one duty not 5 or 6 at once triple seat you and three tables still have no food now bus them tables sweat runniing  8 things to be done 2 tables to bus 3 orders still 2 take cant think straight messed up on hearing order right eryone makes mistakes specially with 8 tables and a manager standing there watching me run working like no other no help from higher up love yelled at that feeling of failure you knows not any of your fault but big corp saw things full staffed stocked  managers alert and looking helpfull now theres a full sec no staff labor cuts of course gotta love working harder than the 4 years prior looked down on like managers are so better at doing there job nothing while we are working the weight of three employees one mistake out of the millions as things you;ve done correctly is the topping on what a failure you are scratch the extra work thats no longer appreciated food waste and three mans work how dare youthe result my back aches no time to talk to your tables no time tips down why because of traying busing stocking phones and the new curbside ha save that 6.25 on busser we need the extra whole nother job for 3 ha that overpayed big headed boss needs to hold up the counter and find all the flaws in our overworked day fair you think i think not,. work should be union your busy help out i dont enjoy working so hard and all rules set by corperate  in airconditioning laugh as the 1860s work rights disapear and the work less and make sure they save while us females throw out their backs happened already lady server of 25 years couldnt move is that anyway to treat hard workers give em two or three jobs you payed 6 or 7 an hour before that 10 after taxes and losy 5 visit 20 a week insurance and 40 of 2 tables all because you were running food they dont see all the jobs that were taken from someone just another result of big corpdecisions one less 20hrs they pay so its better running is now our responsibility and pay cut regulars had many lucky if i have time for a hello that sweat has to be appealing to our customers time to get your business and human rights in order. i believe that was a past fight 1800s we won with union for the people now have corperation thats not for the worker yet we make this company what it is weekly visits and unnecesary ideas from a paper thinking overpaid lightweight  doesnt impress the servants who see how its run and a change is needed blame us easy way to bad its not you aggitated with knowing your job well but to much on your plate and no help double tasking will turn us old quicker i look forward to nightly anxiety hives at night only when i work and only after these senseless changes fast food sounds like a dream worth it when unnecesary  stress  is my work day everyday time to be appreciated worked hard but not overworked slow is not our restarant to that a job change is needed its my money i make myself your company after taxes measly 10 is not enough for slave days for nothing not even helping customers remember when that was private bob evans motto now its good luck getting back to your table remember your foods in the opposite side of building must have been one of those changes made without considering all the walking we overdo anyway what a smart one The stupidity erkss me give them 5 years tops those back bills on overworking nonstop carry more for less loads tray not a square bucket makes this so harder balance less plates etc but they wouldnt know or care fot that case.thanks for all your companys sensible career changes the customers as well as our well-being ;rights'fairness is all off i pray youll fire me im not a quiter but past 50 no backpainpaid correctly we bus as well as do 2 other jobs should be paid and respected as much as state minimum or hire low wager back to breakfor minimum wage till then stop overpaying three non sweating office sitting and bring in help or channel 2   will get a view of what i can capture for 3 an hour sure theyll be impressed the ones who know how to and what overworked looks like well see whos right and whos wrong not the servers i gurantee but well leave that up to them this is just a start in my underpaid disrespected perspective sure i'll find a few listeners who agree
