Gone multiple times to give her a chance, FAILS everytime. My most recent and NOW LAST TIME I came in for a weave installation. Made an apppointment a week prior, was told to come in at 11, came at 10:40 am. I didnt leave the salon until 6 PM!!! Other customers walked into the salon hours later than me whilel I still waited. I guess because I was a younger customer she decided to not show me the same respect. ALL Customers should be treated equally. Once she worked on my hair starting at 5 pm, she burns me multiple times, makes my ear bleed without even TELLING ME, and sowes in my weave so tight I have swells and scabs! Work is overpriced! AT THAT, she was on the phone the ENTIRE TIME while working on me and other customers, highly UNPROFESSIONAL. If I didn't have an important events days after, I would have been left! Surprisingly multiple customers were leaving!! (wish I wouldve followed!) She was even on the phone talking about one of her websites and to have the bad reviews deleted immediately... found that ironic!

1 out of a hundred women would get a problem for me I specialize in hair extensions hair weaving hair replacement hair restoration does my passions because to many women today to suffer from these things so for whom ever this crazy psychotic I'm Nigel person is that Samantha had put this on the internet is sickening only because I put a rip off on her company so beware in capital letters of Empires Asset Management Group she has work for other companies if you feel in any way that someone is trying to scam you for granted do your research the Better Business Bureau you can pay to be on there so that will help you do your research going to the office set down with them do not take a phone call like I fall asleep did
