Mellba06902 Aka Streetbagz Aka Melinda McCray Aka Tony Kinnel Bait and Switch for one item and Failure to Deliver for another ripoff Stamford Connecticut

This seller, mellba06902 on ioffer.com (who also has a website streetbagz.com) offered a purse for sale. I specifically asked if I would receive the same one as pictured, and I was assured that it would be. Instead, I received a poorly made copy which had little resemblance to the photo.

On the same order, I bought a pair of shoes that were on back order. After three weeks, I asked for a refund, and Melinda offered a $60 refund...but the shoes cost $80.

She refused to offer a refund for the purse despite her not delivering the bag she promised. And, despite offering a refund of $60, she has refunded nothing.

I sent the purse back to her, and I promised I would file complaints with the post office for mail fraud as well as PayPal. Thankfully, I have all her e-mails, so getting my money back from the credit card company is in process.
