Member Works Inc boiler room fraud. billed for something I never authorized rip off scam con artists fraudulent ripoff business consumer rip-off fraud Omaha Nebraska

my credit card company contacted me telling me I am over my limit on my credit card due to a charge of $89.95 for 24 hour credit protection that I never authorized.
I called the business with boiler room tactics and they were very evasive. They said I did authorize this protection plan which by the way I was to recieve a $50 savings bond for agreeing to the plan. So when I asked where it was they him hawed and said that I needed to fill out the paper work they sent me. I recieved no paper work! scam scam scam Did not want to give me sales persons name that suposidly I had spoken to. Would not give me a phone number just an address for their corporated office etc....

By the end of the conversation I not only got the so called sales rep that I gave the a okay to. I finally talked to a supervisor that said she could not tell me anything it must be in writing. Everyone is seemigly taking the 5th on this one.

I called back my credit card company and informed them of the coversation that I just had, and to my surprise!!! not!! they are already aware that Member Works Inc, is representing their company and they are working on their solution. But as far as my account goes I will have to wait for MWI to put thru a credit back to my account. Now it seems to me that if my card company was already aware of this scam that they should have contacted those effected and I should not have to wait for MWI to respond
if they ever do.
