Membership Services Sempris LLC Scams Minneapolis Minnesota

 I work for this company at a call center is Ocala, FL. On numerous occasions I have customers calling in regarding accounts they have had with us for years they never knew about. "Our distribution partners" have sold them a "discount coupon program" long ago that they weren't aware of. Mostly senior citizens that were sucked into buying these "memberships" to get the original product they actually wanted. All day long I get called a scam artist and is stealing from senior citizens. They make us answer the phone with this phrase; " Thanks for calling membership services". The only reason we're answering that way is because they are trying to cover up the bad rap everyone knows " Sempris ". I have been wanting to write this forever because I feel it is wrong, but fearing I might lose my job. Sempris made me feel like a liar and thief long enough. I was born Catholic and I feel what the company is doing is wrong. Senior citizens on fixed incomes are becoming sucked into purchasing memberships because they are known to forget. For months and years this company automatically withdrawals its monthly membership fees of $19.95-$29.95 until its realized and thousands have been paid. Refunds are very little to none of the amounts taken from innocent people. Stop this company!
