First of all, they allege that they will beat any competitor's price; however, they do not show the names of the manufacturers on their website, so there is no way to know if you are comparing identical products.

Second, but most importantly, the money back guarantee and return/refund policy are not honored. They have one policy posted under the "100% guarantee" link and a slightly modified, though similar policy under their "FAQs" link. Upon completion of the purchase, a different return policy at the bottom of the page disclaims the right to return for a refund unless based on their misrepresentation of the product. The "restocking fee" is not expressly stated. On the guarantee page it states "0%" and the FAQ explains that a restocking fee "may" apply depending on the reason for return.

The order confirmation email also disclaims the right to refund as aforementioned. The email explains the return policy and procedure two different ways. At the top, it states to provide a note inside the package including:

Your full name and address
Your invoice or id#
The reason of return
what you need in exchange Style / Color/ Size

At the bottom, it states to reply back to the email and

1. Request RMA (No packages will be excepted without rma # on the box)

1. Print this email.

2. Gather the item(s) and all original packing material

3 and ship it back to

and provides a link to an exchange form to include in the package. The instructions state to include a check or money order for $25 for restocking.

On November 10, 2014, I purchased a suit for $175 plus $10 shipping. On Nov. 12, I received a text message with the FedEx tracking number; I didn't receive an order confirmation until I called on Nov. 12 to request it. I would have never ordered if either of the post-purchase policies had been stated on the website prior to purchase. When I received the suit on Nov. 13, the suit was not the expected quality and had a pucker in the front of the coat. I printed and completed the returns form from the link provided in the email and included it in the box.

I didn't include the restocking fee, since the website policy did not clearly state it. I shipped the suit back via FedEx Ground on Nov. 18, which they received on Nov. 24. I had ordered another suit from another online retailer and returned it at the same time as Mens USA. That retailer administered a credit the next day after recieving it. I gave Men's USA the benefit of the doubt for the Thanksgiving holiday and waited to call them until Dec. 2. Their website states that their customer service hours close at 7 p.m. PST. I called at 3:17 p.m. PST and selected the voice prompt for "returns and exchanges."

A female representative answered the phone and when I asked how long it would take to receive my credit, I was placed on hold for seven minutes. I called back and selected the "customer service" prompt, a male representative answered and told me that I had to call back another time because the returns department was closed and they are only part time. When I said that I thought I was getting the run-around, he became hostile. I questioned him on the customer service hours and their policy, for which I did not get a straight answer; telling me to call back another time. 

They recieved the return on Nov. 24. Today is Dec. 19 and I have not received a credit back to my card, nor any communication from them regarding store credit for an exchange or any other correspondence. They failed to reply to my BBB complaint in the 14-day alloted time. They have an "F" rating with the BBB due to 31 complaints, most of which have not been satisfactorily resolved or have been unanswerd.
