Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale,Mark Wells, Joe Violla no service, lemon, say it is fixed and still same thing Fort Lauderdale Florida
I sarted driving Mercedes Benz in 2000 before that I only drove BMW but I got my first Mercedes and I fell in love. I change my car every 3 years so from 2000 to now I have had 4 Mercedes Benz and I have never had a problem this year I deciede to Lease I had never Leased before and my friend said well if you do not keep your cars for more that 3 years do the math you are better off Leasing so I Leased from Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale that is were for many years Chris Barrington has been my Service Advisor the only person who has treated me and my husband right. He is very good but his hands are tied by his superiors. I got my Lease on May 25, 2013 from the first day that I drove the car I called them and told them that the car had a delay that I hit the gas but the car does not go and then after the fact the car just speed up on it own I took the car in they said it was the turbo I said no that is not it there is something not right and this is dangerous I have taken my car in since May over 5 times for the same reason I have asked them since the beginning to change the car if they can not fix it but they say there is nothing wrong with the car they do not return my phone calls they are rude they say they fixed this and that and they have not done anything to the car because it still drives the same way they try to tell me it is the way the car drives bull I have had 4 other mercedes and I have never had a car drive like this care granted I had a E350 and C300 and the SL and this is a C250 but it is still a Mercedes and it has gotten to the point that I am afraid to drive the car because I am afraid I will get into a crash this car sound like a truck when I turn it on in the mornings and when I drive with the cruz controll it speed up by itself. I would go throught the lemon law but I am not sure of the outcome. Do Not deal with Mark Wells he will just yes you to death and Joe Violla does not return phone calls and tells he everything is fixed when they have not done anything to the car. I am so disappointed in Mercedes because the corporate office calls me all the time asking about my experience and I tell them but the do NOTHING.
