It's a VW" Get Used To It"
has been inspected @ CentralValley Volkswagen Modesto. They, VOA & the BBB have agreed the vehicle  should be Replaced. A new 2013 Passat SE with S/Roof & Nav is on it's way to me...
Sorry Paul, your arrogance, zero empathy for the customer & inability to oversee the Quality Control of Your workshop means -> L O S T  B U S I N E S S................
