In considering merchant services funding, I contacted several company to inquire about their process and how it works.  How it works is they give you a cash advance and then deduct daily from a business' credit card receipts, until the loan or cash advance is paid off.  In considering a c ompany, they all wanted forms filled so I did.  This was back in November 2011.  Come January I see one of these companies has debited my account, firs a 65 service charge, on Janu 4, t hen when I called to say I never received anything and the account should not have been opened, on  Jan 11 they debited my account $495.00 for closing the account!!!  How crazy is that!  Charging for two items that should have never been in the first place.  And, I can't get anyone to answer my calls or emails - not even t he president of the company!!
