We found out the answer is, all of the above ! That's right ! and those are just some of the names these people have operated under. This is how we found out. Recently, our new business was called by Merchant Cooperative to set up an appointment to get set up to accept credit cards. After meeting the sales person and him explaining who the owners were, we remembered a very bad experience we had when we owned Oaks Catering some years ago. These were the same people back then but were using the name, MSI. Then shortly after that changed it to Check First Credit Card Direct. It has taken me years to straighten out my credit because of numerous equipment leases these people put me in. They told me me equipment was being updated and the old lease would stop, but it never did. Infact, they had me in 4 leases at the same time. The lease company debited my account for years until I closed it, they just like MSI (Merchant Cooperative) would not return may phone calls. Until I finally got an attorney and then after thousands of dollars wasted, my name and credit were cleared. So if anyone is thinking of doing business with this people, best of luck.
