Merchant Industry LLC telemarketing harassment asked to be removed was not, telemarketer used foul language Long Island City, New York

A telemarketer was pushy, aggressive, and used foul language. I repeatedly told him I was not interested in doing business with his company.

Rather than remove my contact information from his target list, I was contacted again by an even pushier representative only two days later.

When I called to verify that my information would be deleted and the representatives would be retrained for using profane language, the customer service manager herself was quite curt.

Rather than this company solve any problems that have caused, they are choosing to ignore the situation and continue with an no accountability policy.

Please Americans, if you deal with this company or others like it - that do not hold high integrity, make some noise! Make it clear that businesses will lose money by not treating their customers and more so their possibly future customers with respect, professionalism, and showing personal and company accountability when not so.
