Switch and bait company!

Used Merchant One for over 8 years, asked for a review of my account, sales rep came back with great news, he could save me money. after agreeing to the new rates my account cost more. A good switch and bate. decided to close account, six months later they informed me about a chargeback they paid, did not give us a chance to fight it.gave to collections and hit my personal credit, not the business credit.Only received one a notice letter about balance due, and it was after they hit my personal credit .Have tried to contact them, their response was you can only contact collections by email or mail.
