Mercury copper Mercury insurance Mercury extended vehicle warranty Wont cover what they said they do cover!! Internet

So I called autopom.com to get an extended warranty they matched me with mercury since I'm in Ca. I don't have many choices so I jumped on it I put 400 down to start the policy then had to wait 30 days and 1000 miles for the policy to kick in so I have my vehicle about 3 months n start hearing a grinding noise in the front right wheel area so I call and ask mercury if I take my vehicle in what do they pay n what do I pay the gentleman told me "you have no deductible and your plan will cover pretty much anything on the car except gaskets n seals n bolts n clips " I said ok n took it to the local dealership the dealership said it was my strut and sway bar making the noises... (neither would grind but more like pop )

anyways I call mercury again n guess what nothing is covered had to pay a $450 diagnostic fee n get my vehicle back still grinding got in an argument with Paul the manager about it but he hung up on me very rude people dont honor their words they speak just out for the dollar. Cancelled my warranty n requested a full refund n threatened a court case because of it DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL THEY ARE HORRIBLE !! ANYBODY SAYING OTHERWISE like "they're great" "they're awesome" etc are either paid to pump them up to look good or employees trying to rake your money in too. Oh by the way I got my full refund n left
