Beware of this company. They will try to represent themselves as seasoned residential home flippers. They will get you to invest in a project under bid it and then come back asking for more money to complete it once they have you under contract. The fact is the principle contact Antti has zero experience in buying, renovating and selling homes. In his power point presentation he states that "they have completed over 40 project flips.." The fact is they have done two..

If your wondering why I would take the time to write this. It is because I know there are true investors out there looking to capitalize on today's housing market. This is just one company out there. Please do you due diligence in selecting someone to represent you in these types of investments...

Nor was a contractor. I was employed as the sole Project Manager for this firm. I parted way's on good terms after Meridians Global informed me they no longer had operating capital to support my position. I stayed on in a support capicity for two weeks to help them. But I have morals and I'm honest.
