Metabofuel1000 ripoff. returned 1 free bottle,4 bottles,2bottles ,7bottles, All unopened. credit card says I owe $207.85, $99.98, $99.98, Their email is no good. American Fork Utah

Metabofue1000 sent me an email on 4-7-06. I submitted for 1 free bottle @ $4.98. On 4-18-06 I returned the free bottle plus 4 and 2 more that were sent. Asked for credit on my card.On 4-25-06 states their invoice 5 bottles came. I returned them and asked for credit on my credit card on 4-29-06. On 5-01-06 states their invoice 4 bottles came. I sent back on 5-6-06 and asked to credit my card.

I asked each time to stop sending me this product.I called Provo Chamber Of Business to get Phone #'s of Savoy 6 ( invoices came from them) and Metabofuel 1000. They have no listings.She gave me the # for BBB.

Since I did not see any credits on my card for April, May, June, July I called my credit card rep because I believed we were being ripped off. I gave all the info. and they sent a dispute to that company. They issued me a temporary credit of everything. I felt good.

Then came letters stating my inquiry. Based on the enclosed information that Metabfuel sent: 8-1-06 1) The customer disputing the following charge signed up for an initial free trail membership thru our website, in which thet would receive a 30 day supply (60 capsules) of Mebabofuel1000( that is the Wrong spelling throughout this letter)for the cost of only Shipping and Handling.

At this time, please review the attached agreed upon Terms and Conditions. Can cancel their account within 15 days if you do wish to purchase additional 4 bottles If for any reason the customer canceled during the 15 days, they would be charged $54.84. At this time, due to our disputing this chargeback, no refund has been issued. Signed Metabofuel Sales Management

They sent the add. No where is Terms and Conditions. I did not accept the above, only the trial bottle.Next page is the add where you make payment. An accept click on tab after you did the credit card info. Terms and Condition(underlined) of this sale is under the accept tab. I did not click on the Terms and Conditions.
Next page they sent to my dispute was The Terms and Conditions. I would have never agreed to this. I just wanted to try a new product.

Finally the last page is cpaVista which states Customer Overview.
I in good faith returned all unopened bottles. Yes, charge me for the free one but not the others. I made more $ of all the returns.
