It seems that Bucaneer Plumbing has been " CHASING " the Contractor and the owners for over 5 weeks and has received nothing but double talk and broken promises from Mr. Norris. In addition, it seems Mr. Norris and the original Construction Company have now moved and the original contact number given to them can not be reached any longer. On the last contact with Mr. Norris, by the owner of BUCCANEER PLUMBING, it was the same old story of " I'll get you a check when we get Settled". Six weeks later, there has been no resolvement, and neither Mr. Norris nor Larry Chadwell have made any attempt to resolve the $3,296.00 money still owed to Bucaneer Plumbing. It is frustrating to do a job for the CONTRACTOR : METRO AREA COMMUNITIES, and complete your project and get SCREWED by the contractor.who hired you. It should also be noted that they left their original office space and are now operating out of their homes because according to sources, they were having a difficult time with the lease. What GALL it is to SCREW your subs. You take money destined for them, and take care of your own needs and SCREW everyone who did your work and got you the money. Youu really want to TRUST people like this ? You want to do a job and you want to get PAID for your LABOR. Try goingt home to your family and explain to them, " I just got SCREWED ". 

Here is something these two are going to LEARN. The law states that you can be taken to Hillsborough County Court. If a JUDGMENT is obtained against the company and the owners, the State of Florida and the County will get involved with a investigation. If it is obtained that money was in fact taken from the party that was due the money, that individual could be facing CRIMINAL CHARGES which would be brought against them from THE STATE & District Attorney of Hillsborough County. In addition we are preparing to contact the following Authorities to file a written COMPLAINT in order to bolster our Civil Trial documents. In addition, once a JUDGMENT is obtained in writing, the STATE and Local DISTRICT ATTORNEY's Office will commence to investigate the allegations. This is a SERIOUS matter and it could possible bring them the authorities on Criminal charges.

We have no remorse for thieves. We have no remorse for LIARS. We have NO RESPECT for people who steal from others to put money in their own pocket and have NO REMORSE or GUILT about SCREWING the PUBLIC. I state that dealing with METRO AREA COMMUNITIES , LLC and its owners: JEFFREY NORRIS & LARRY R. CHASWELL should be viewed with more than questionable HESITATION. With all the Contractors out there who do the right thing, there are the few who will always leave you with DOUBT . Trust your inner JUDGMENT and do the right thing and check references before you hire any contractor. Check with the permits Department on who the Contractor did the work for and contract the homeowner or Business who had the work done. A contractor who had problems is NOT going to give you the name and telephone numbers of clients they had problems with. The County can Supply you this information if you just ask, and do your HOMEWORK. You have this notification standing in front of you.of what btranspired.  This is testimoney of what can happen to you.
