Metro Pcs Visa metabank Holds Authorizations up to 30 days and has numerous charges houston, Texas

I made a $350 charge from a company but then found out that the company would not accept a pre paid card so I used a different card only to find out that metropcs visa holds the authorization for 30 days even though their own website says 15 days. After I called the number on back of the card to inquire when it would be released I was charged a dollar to speak to a agent, plus they charge $4.95 monthly fee and $.095 for every deposit you make. Customer service is a joke. If you need to use a prepaid card try greendot (not as many fees and only a 10 day authorization holds). METROPCS VISA prepaid cards probably wont be in business long once customers get wind of the charges they have. I know I will be closing my card if and when I get my money back.
