Metro PCS Wireless for All. Metro Pcs people are rude and the company rips people off. You buy a product from them, that you can not use. Palm Coast, Florida

My boyfriend has been with Metro PCS for a year or 2 now, with no problems with his service. So he asked me to join a family plan with him with was supposed to include the internet. So I did since my other phone was costing me to much a month. We went in to Metro PCS on a Sunday afternoon and purchased 2 brand new phone and the family plan. We spent about $330.00.
In the office we had no problems with the phones. So we went about our days. Well later that night when I actually had to use my phone, I had no service and the little I did get was breaking up my calls so bad that I could not talk.

I told my boyfriend what was going on and asked him to try to use his phone. He had the same problem. The next day which was Monday, we went back in to the office to explain what was happening and that we wanted to return our phone because we were not happy at all.

The CSR took the phones looked up the account and explained that neither of us could return our phones due to my boyfriends phone being a upgrade. I explained that he paid the same thing I did and we were not told that this would be considered a upgrade and could not return or exchange the phone. 

So I said return my phone then and refund me my money, The CSR stated since I was on a family plan with my boyfriend he could not return my phone.

I tried the phone for a few more days since I thought I was stuck with it. It was horrible I was unable to use the phone for any business calls that I had to make. Just horrible. So I called 611 on the phone and explained everything and basically what it came down to was we will cancel your service but your not getting any money back.

I do not think it is fair to but a phone and a phone service that you can not use. Also the CSR shouuld have returned my phone as I was told my the operator through 611 since my phone was in the return time.

WHAT ABOUT THE METRO PCS PROMISE. I have a phone from them that sucks so bad and wasted my money.
