I have been a loyal customer of Metro PCS for going on ten years now. I have spent in excess of $18-20,000 dollars on service and equipment. I expect to be treated like a loyal customer, and I expect when I'm told something that they follow through. First - I am on a old plan that provided me with UNLIMITED 4G monthly. I know for a fact that they are throttling down my internet towards the end of the month. I use Netflix, and Rapsody, which I know uses alot of megs on info off the internet. But, that is the reason I bought that plan!! They have no right to limit my band use with the contract that I've signed. My phone goes down to 3G. and 1x all the time towards the end of the month. I went to a Metro store and he said they were "throttling me down because I've streamed too much information. I believe that's against the law!!! I signed a contract, I pay my money on time every month, and they screw me out of what I am supposed to be getting according to my contract. The guy at the store even told me that they do it all the time with people like me that have old plans with unlimited 4G. I want it stopped!! Or I want to take legal action!! Like I said before, this is a company that I've spent over $18 - 20,000 with over the last 8-10 years!! Do I get rewarded for being a good customer??? No, they just try and screw me over. And believe me, if they actually did a study, there is no telling how many people they are ripping off!!! 

Now on to the second complaint. I recently had my GPS go out on my phone. I use this almost on a daily basis with my job. I go and check on projects around Dallas, FT. Worth, and even Houston. I have been paying insurance on my phone because I have to have it. I go to file a claim and now they are using some 3rd pty company that don't care one bit about your problem. I was told when I bought this insurance that I"d have a phone mailed to me next day. It's now been 5 days I"e been without it and they say they can't tell me when I"ll have another phone because they are out of stock. ANOTHER FLAT OUT LIE JUST TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET!!!! This company in no way cares about it's customers!! Try and find a phone number to talk to an area manager!! You can't!!! I will never go back to Metro! I've got a buddy of mine that's going to set up a sight for me just to let as many people know about their scams as I can! Anyways, thanks for letting me vent!! Good luck to all of you!!
