I was put out of my apartment after being told that repairs needed to be made by a contractor due to a fire across the hall. It was not true, after Gregory Hunter wrongfully terminating my lease, without eviction, he put another family and 4 cats into my home, which was told to me was being condemned and repaired, LIES!!! I requested my $700 security deposti and was told I was eligible to obtain it with a notarized letter given to him requesting it, which I did. Still nothing almost 10 weeks later. I am not demanding the wrongfully withheld deposit via certified mail tomorrow and will be suing to the fullest extent of the law for 3x's the deposit, the attorney fees, and also all fees incurred while he caused me to be homeless. This will take place on, or after November 6, 2014. Which is the 30 full days requested by law. He is not the real owner of the property & hads been terimnated by Saidara Waheed the deed holder & actual owner of MFS properties. The property is currently in foreclosure I understand and will be torn down as soon as case is closed by city officials/court judge makes ruling. DO NOT TRUST GREGORY (GREG) HUNTER< his assistant Kenneth Smith, or his maintenance man who helps him lease his apts and homes, Bobby, unsure of his last name. This part of the so-called management team is a scam & IF you do any business with their company I suggest doing a lot of research and only trusting the actual owner, who is selling the property, or foreclosing on the property I should say, Mrs Saidara Waheed.
