This company is currently reporting harmful and damaging information to my credit report. They are attempting to collect a debt for Baileys Powerhouse Gym, but as I've requested that they provide me documentation showing that I actually owe this debt to MG Credit numerous times, they have been unable and unwilling to provide this documentation to me. Now I have followed all of the laws that governs collection agencies such as this one and they are clearly violating my rights as a consumer. I have had my attorney also contact them only for them to refuse to provide actual proof.

All I've been attempting to do is handle this, but I do not owe this company any money. They are destroying my credit rating that I've worked very hard to keep in good shape. These types of organizations should never be allowed to report this type of harmful information to credit bureas, especially if they have no legal right to the debt. I pay my bills, but I do not owe this company any money.

POSTED: Saturday, November 10, 2018

they fired me because i did not play their game. The Ceo says all the time that the clients are chumps and they have no legal leg to stand on. i told them that they where going to get sued and every one in the office laughs. Their is an employee that i know that does beastiality she tells me its a fun thing to do. These people are just sick. they fired me because i would not forge a signature on a form called dud debt. One of my managers threaten to kill me if i did not forge that poor mans name. stay away if they are on your credit contact an attorney and it will come off and you will make some money because they always settle out of court here are just a few about what is going on with these people I have been working at MG Credit (More than 5 years) Pros good for collection experience in diversity Cons no advancement no salary increase

From what you have stated, the may have violated the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and several other laws. Keep a detailed ledger of their abuse.

Look into the Fair Credit Report Act regarding the credit report.
