MGR Solution Took my $499.00 for a grant, that I never got. Now they wont return my calls. Houston Texas

In November 2006 I spoke to a Fred Johnson @ 1-713-589-4170 he was the one who I talked to about my grant. He he told me that after sending 499.00 to the above address, that I will have a response from the company in 10 days. Which I did it was a booklet to write down a outline of the business I was going to start, how much everything would come out to ect.. I did and I sent it to a company in New York that was suposed to be the underwriter. I called back in January 2007 to see what was going on with my grant, which I was told it would be 10-12 weeks before I would get a check that I was already approved for ($25,000), I spoke to a woman @ 1-877-931-2249, she said it has not been long enough for me to get a responce yet. I have been calling everyday sence and I keep getting a recording saying they can not take my call to leave a message which I have left tons so far. Has anyone called me? (NO). I have called between the hours of 09:00am-04:00pm the hours they say they are open. It has been more than 10-12 weeks like they say. I know they have been taking peoples hard earned money, cause all of the other rip off reports is the same as my situation. Today I called again and I got the same (a recording) April 26,2007. I am very mad and upset,I would like something done to this company or who is behind all of this. OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK!
