 I ordered their grancia combogia however u spellnit for the trial offer of a one time shipping fee of 6.95 that was November 3rd 2015 but on November 30th I went to make a purchase to realize they had taken $79.00 dollars out of my account and put a hold on my card that I currently can't use due to the hold on my card so I can't even use my available funds which I'm very upset about because I have real bills I need 2 pay but I can't due to these jack asses playing with my card and I've been calling their customer support line emailing the company trying to cancel my order and get my refund with no response so can someone please help me recover my funds or give me sum advice on how to go about this ridiculous issue please and thank you in advance.
