Miami Master Cars Inc / Payless Car Sales dealer did not pay off my trade in now I am responsable for two loans and driving an ilegal car. According to Eastern Financial Credit union loan servicing dept Miami Master Cars Inc mailed check for the amount of the trade in loan but this check was returned. Eatern Financial notified me of the situation and I tried to contact Miami Master calling all the available numbers not answer lines disconnected I drove all the way to the lot where I got my car and to my surprise the whole lot was completely empty and a board by the gate stating "closed for renovation". I called Eastern Fiancial as a member seeking advise about what to do on this situation. Per Eastern fianancial now have two loans the car I traded in and the car I got plus fianancial charges and driving a car that I can not get a tag and risking myself with the law. This is what I want from Miami Master cars: Since Maimi Masters never paid off trade in I want my car back and return a car that was sold fraudelently this transaction must be void. Eastern Financial paid to Miami Master Cars for my new car and did not collect the check for the traded in in other words Miami Master got the money for the new car and kept the money that they were supposed to pay. Meanwhile, I own two loans plus finanancil charges etc..

... this issue is hurting my excellent credit score. Any advise???? Where do I go from here????? ANY help???
