 I am a Disabled Vet, in the Miami VA Healthcare system. I have been waiting since 2009 for much needed back surgury.

 Instead of processing my insurance claims, the Miami VA is garnishing my disbility checks monthly for each hospital visit, in the amout of $165.oo per visit, INSTEAD of processing my insurance claims.

I have sentt several letters to paul russo, the current director of the miami va. he has NEVER RESPONDED

I reported it to the VA Inspector General, they took no action in the matter. I sent letters to every democrat on the Veterans Affairs committee., NOT one senator replied to my request for assistance.

 I am probably not the only disabled vet that is being victimized in ths manner.
