I got the phone call but, they asked for some lady named Ashley. I said there is no one by that name here

and was asked if I was a Veteran. I listened to the guys speech of how they could save me around $1.500.a month and pay off my home in 17 mos and save me up to $58.000.00 in interest with them.

My reply was, how could you save me money when I have a 3.25% 30 yr/fixed va loan? They kept up the Pitch till I said that It give my wife and I mins to show how it works. He showed up at 5:45 pm we both had worked hrs that day posponed dinner etc.. 5 hours later at 10:pm he asked me for 1% of $248.000.00 for an ernest money deposit. He told us he would call his boss to ask him to let us pay ONLY $650.00 I wrote a check and was told that we would close in days. the next day I got a call from them saying that they could not save me enough to proceed with the re-financing. I said to send  back my documents and my $650.00 check On the 13th of november, He said It would take 7-days for my check to clear Isaid that since they didnt provide any services or financing that I, wanted my personal documents and check for $650.00 to be sent  overnite. I called my bank to find out the check was cashed early on 14th . that was the last straw!! I called back and told them that due to all the trouble and cheating tactics that by monday if I dont have all my documents and my $650.00 . that I will be driving to his office to get them. I told him that he would not like seeing my way of dealing with it, Rangers are never X Rangers. We deal with things up front and personal, I do hope my things are in my mail box monday. Veterans have enough to deal without this kind of rip-off co. My check should not have been deposited without approval of agreed services. what do you think?
