Mica Beauty Supply Spa Chair Ripoff Pomona California

My wife purchased a large spa chair which the owner and wife said  was brand new with everything to make it work.  We found out later that this NEW spa chair was put together from other chair models and it didn't have the spa pump to drain the water!  I was furious but my wife said to give them a chance to make it right. 
All they did was argue that a pump for draining was not included for a new working model.  So how would the water drain?  We ended up having to pay 1/2 of  the price for the INCLUDED pump which was missing just so the water would drain, total price $300, our cost, another $150.
Two weeks after purchase, the 'leather' arms started ripping.  It got worse and spread to the seat and back.  We have now had to have all of the 'leather' of the chair replaced as it has totally ripped on the arms, the chair and the back.  The upholstery person who came to replace the 'leather' said it wasn't leather, it was old plastic, which is why it ripped.  Replacing cost us another $270.
This place is just trying to take your money!  Stay away.
