Mica Financial Trust fraud Lane Plinview New York

I resived a leter from mica finantial trust last week
that said that i win 250,000 dollars,they send me a che ck for 3,165 dollars. i suposet to contact susan thomson,i call her next day y she tell me to deposit the check and call her later,i did but i know this a fraud,because how can i win 250,000 and i have to send her money before i get the price.

i already deposit the check but is going to be clear this afternon,i know is going to be bounce,she did not askme about my bank accuant or personal
information,but i we like to know how can i do with this,because they can get to my personal information trut that check.shu i close my account or
to the bank, I don't have money in that acount if is that what she is loking for.

please le me know if i can in trouble for that,i don't want to have any can of problem legaly.
