Michael Anderson Wrote me a check that bounced Chicago Illinois

This guy wrote me a check that bounced.  I don't know Michael Anderson and I would guess he was not getting rich off his business activities.  He probably wasn't making enough money through his food businesses and either knowingly wrote bad checks or hoped he would have the funds by the time the checks were cashed.  I don't think his intention was to fraud people, even though that was the end result.  From this experience I learned to always require cash up front - at least half.  I hope he has gotten things in better order since this time and wish him the best.
