Michael Banasiak Michael Joseph Banasiak Mike Banasiak Failure To Pay Delray Beach Florida

Michael Banasiak owed me $ 5,311.00 from money loaned to him for a few reasons.  On April 8, 2015 we went to small claims court and through mediation we agreed on a payment plan of $ 150.00 a month until the total amount was paid in full.   The first payment was due on June 1, 2015 and payment was not received.   Michael Banasiak was in default of his stipulation to pay. 

On July 31, 2015 I was awarded a final judgement for the full amount against Michael Banasiak as he failed to pay as agreed upon. I was also awarded interest on the amount due by the courts.  

The courts provided me with a fact information sheet to provide to Michael Banasiak.  This informtion was mailed and sent certified mail to Michael and he ignored all attempts to be reached.  Michael Banasiak also moved from his address and failed to notify the courts of his new address.   

As of October 19, 2015 no money has been paid towards the debt owed by Michael Banasiak.
