Michael Burtt Attorney at Law , Michael Burtt, Lying attorneys office,lazy,no customer service,can't be trusted Pensacola, Florida

His lousy assistant Jackie the lying b***h she is told me that she faxed over some very important legal documents to two different places.  She insisted she faxed them,but guess what, thats right after a week I call both places and they tell me that they infact talked to Michael Burtt's Office and to jackie personally at least three times and still never got any paperwork infact she told them she would get it over soon,but told me she already did it.  When I call his office all I get is lousy voice mail all the time because he is to cheap to properly staff his office with qualified personel.  I called his office on friday and Jackie hangs the phone up on me when I'm asking her why the attorney hasn't called and why the paperwork she said she faxed when in fact she didn't is taking so long to process.  I drive down to his office after calling Jackie who answered the phone and they said they were open until 5P.M. but you guessed it when I get their at 4:25 they had locked the door knowing I was coming and then when I ring the door bell which of course is broken because his cheap a*s hasn't fixed it and then I knock on the door because I see they are there.  They close the hallway door and ignore me.  This is the kind of representation you get from bad attorneys like him.  After a fer minutes a car pulls up and goes around back so I go to see if they know why the office is locked up.  She plays stupid or maybe it wasn't play,then says she is the office manager.  I start reading the email sent from the office that talked to jackie and never got any response from Micheal Burtt's office that proves Jackie is lying.  Jackie then finally comes out of the office after ignoring the phone I called their office as well as knocked several times.  She comes out and slams my files at me and tells me to get off the property.  Very professional I might add.  I guess Jackie the lier didn't like me telling the office manager that she was busted. I'm suing this lying law firm and if you have had problems with them and want to jion me email me at (((REDACTED))) or call 850-xxx-xxxx sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
