We needed a service that would be able to serve some court summons to the mother of my step son. After having called at least 4 places. Michael sounded the most promising, being that he is a former cop and former FBI agent. Not to mention, he promised results quickly. All for $65.oo.

We called and he was at the house within an hour. He picked up the papers and the money, left his card and a reciept, said he would call within three weeks after he is able to serve the papers and file the report. Three weeks past, NO CALL. Four weeks past, we called, his response was that he was on the road at the moment and didn't have any papers infront of him to refer too, so he would need to call us back when he got back to the office. He never called back.

We called him numerous other times, and he always had some excuse, at one point he said that he would probably have to require more money to do a stake out on her (my step son's mother) because he can't find her. The problem with that story is that throught out the entire time we have been picking up and dropping off my step son at his mom's every week and she's always there. We gave him every info we could about this woman and her usual routine and still he failed. We called to say to please return the documents, so we could get someone else to serve, as the deadline is process is soon approaching, Since then he has been avoiding our calls.

The deadline has now passed and if we wish to pursue with this custody, we have to file the papers yet again, pay the fee again, and hire another process server.

Don't use Michael L. Yepko's service!
