Michael Mitchell was driving around in my Dallas TX neighborhood hanging his business flyers for Allied Commercial Roofing OF Texas on residential doors when he approached me and ask if I wanted to sell my Party Barge that was parked in my driveway on 5/6/10.
I told him I did and he went and got his wife (Angie) & 2 kids (girls under age of 15) to come and look at the boat. His wife proceeded to tell me she has breast cancer and they wanted something to enjoy in the water to take their minds as a family off of her illness. Michael proceeded to tell me what a family man is was and they would work out some type of payments with me to have the boat. They wrote me a HOT CHECK, took my 1993 Suntracker Party Barge, Trailer. 60 HP evinr Motor, Boat hitch from my car and over $750 in boat accessories and listed my boat on Craigslist Dallas the next day on Friday, 5/7/10. The boat is still listed under 2 post ID'S 1729745736 & 1729707023 FOR SALE @$6900. The Dallas TX Swindle Squad Division Detectives are on this case as are the local news stations. This man has yet to return my calls, pay for the boat and/or even make the hot check good! He has hired a criminal attorney in Dallas, Doug Moulder, to handle this matter. He is known as the Heir to the Gypsy throne and from a family of hard core criminals! My homeowners assoc. is on high alert for him in our neighborhood and I have posted on Craigslist the boat is stolen property. Please contact me @214-xxx-xxxx (((REDACTED))) if you have any information about my stolen property or this criminal & his family !

Michael Mitchell was arrest with Erick Mitchell and Lola Angie Stanton for alledged roofing scams in PA. All three are being held in the Montgomery County Correction Facility on $99,000.00 bail.
If anyone was complaints on them they should call their local authorities and press charges. They were charged with crimes in Montgomery, Philadelphia, Berks and Northampton Counties. This is a chance to file while they are still in prison. You could serve them with civil papers also.
All three were arrested by the Abington Police but there are warrants in other counties for Mitchell and Stanton. To see their pictures Google Trio arrested in Philly for roofing scams.

Michael Mitchell and his relative Erick Mitchell along with Michael's girlfriend were arrested on July 29, 2013. They were arrestted and charged for numerous roofing frauds. (alledged). They were arrested for frauds in Montgomery, Berks, Northampton and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania. They are all held on $99,000.00 bail in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
If anyone has a complaint against Michael Mitchell, Erick Mitchell or Lola Angie Stanton contact your local authorities. While they were in Pennsylvania the used a few different roofing company names. They were Central Roofing (Marlton NJ) Central NJ Roofing, Allied Roofing, Greater NorthEast Roofing and Central Commercial Roofing. Michael Mitchell is also wanted in NJ and probably has people with complaints in that state along with other states like NY and Delaware.

If anyone is looking for this clan of criminals they are currently operating out of the Philadelphia area they cheat me for a bad check. I have good contact info for them, at least for now.
these guys should be in jail & if there really is a warrant out for him I would like to help. I can probably lead law enforcement right to him.

I also filed a fraud complaint against Michael Mitchell in New Jersey. He currently has a warrant in the state of New Jersey. His brother Nick Mitchell is residing in Lynbrook, NY and has ripped off several families in New York.
