Mike Hicks is a con artist!  He does not have a license to perform any work at all on your home.  I have taken him to court 2X and won both judgements against him.  He will promise you the world to get your money.  Once he does you will not see him again.  He will come up with a sob story,  exp...  Family member died,  He's sick,  heart condiition, he's in the hospital...  Eventually you will never hear from him again.  He has MANY civil suits against him, in different areas in NJ.  He has a criminal record also.  He uses several addresses.  48 Lexington Circle in Matawan and Aldo 539 Martin road in Toms River.  Both are the addresses of woman he uses and cons also.  Everything Mike owns is in someone else's name and he deals in cash only!  Nothing can be traced back to him.....   He will also use the story that he is an alcoholic and he fell off the wagon,  which us true.  He falls off using your money.  Please be aware of this person.  One day he will go back  hail where he belongs for all of the people he has ripped off.  A leopard never changes their spots........
