michael philips platinum enterprises- rough draft...a copy please?

Almost 2 years ago I bought a second laptop computer from Micheal

Phillips(aka.DJ Badabing) and immediately regretted giving him a second chance

since it was apparent that there was a major problem with it charging. I had

problems with it staying on for the first gig(2 weeks) So I contacted Mike

telling him there had to be a limited warranty on it but he at first said no. I

looked into what was wrong and set about fixing it myself(Bought new motherboard

direct from HP website and took it to a computer friend for repair. at which

point Mike began telling me he had a warranty and he could get it fixed.. there

was a 90 day and a two year warranty and he would "send it out" He had not been

answering my calls due to a gf's jealousy.

He was asking to use my speakers and amplifier so I let him.

I tried to let him fix the problem meanwhile he had always helped me get

equipment so I had him buy me a second amplifier(350$) he finally persuaded me

to purchase music with him online(150$) and then he came to my house right

before thanksgiving begging for cash to replace his mixer(240$) which when I

didn't have it he begged my daughter a student for. He would pay her back that

Saturday(It was thanksgiving day I believe a tuesday) no later. I was meanwhile

trying to help him hold onto his Gig's by loaning him my amp and speakers(he

damaged my bag) and didn't get them back to me the same night so I became

uncomfortable and began taking them myself and setting them up and then knocking

them down still trying to help him and getting not only nothing for it but also

no money he owed me either. I still thought I was helping a friend..

I felt bad his girlfriend had been mean and was trying to help him get

to know a good friend of my family at the same time...

It was right before Xmas when I mikes excuses didn't seem to add up and

I dropped by to talk to him and his mother sat me down to explain how bad it all

really was. Mike had taken my speakers during one of the times he had borrowed

them and sold them down at a used musical instruments store...She had bought

them back for me and saved him from that trouble... He no longer had use of the

car because he had been drinking and he was not going to be DJing for the same

reasons...

He had been working but accepting little payment, drinking while doing

so.She had taken his laptop (and vehicle) from him and given it to his brother

who was copying all the music at the time. She would not allow him to give me

the music we had purchased together. I would not be getting my laptop fixed thru

Michael because it had all been lies...

She told me he was an alcoholic and had many other health issues bottom

line being he would get me the amplifier I had given him money for(350$), return

the music(150$) costs, and repay the loan (240$) when he got back on his feet. I

needed to take a loss on the laptop as far as she was concerned. I explained

that I wanted a backup working computer and would accept mikes old one(I assumed

they were trying to sell it anyway) if she wanted me to not go thru with courts

and filing but she said the brother would not return it. I put it in witting and

tried to et them know that although I had been nice and negotiating up till then

I was not going to continue being such and this was the end.

I explained that there was a statute of limitations on the Laptop and

unless she was willing to make a deal I would find acceptable as a loss I would

do so before mid February. I went home and wrote up such a deal presenting it to

her.(see attached). I dropped by to retrieve flash drives and tried to get them

to agree but they don't seem to want to make this okay.

SO I need to file charges and see if there is anything that the courts

can do...

I am out about 2000$ dollars in the end and I am sure others can be

found that are out the same or more. Please help me to see justice. Thank you in

advance for your time and consideration.
