Mr. Michael Reeves;

I would like to singularly address the inactions of the stated threats concerning legal actions made by Mr. Michael Reeves in writing.  I am still waiting on your attorneys. I haven’t heard from anyone as you stated in your threats. 

Observations and personal thoughts;

If TCE funding is so above board and has done nothing wrong, where are the attorneys that you threatened me with? 

Are you hiding?  Why don’t you address this like a reasonable and respectable business man? 

I suspect that by now you have contacted a real attorney and were told, in essence, the same thing that I speculated about defamation, slander and liable and threatening a government employee.  Example; that you let your mouth run away with your ill-conceived and unsubstantiated position.  Is this the hallmark of a professional businessman?

I rather suspect that you are now trying to cover yourself, hoping this will go away.  I do not think it will.  Michael Reeves; in the end (legal) due process will find you and all of your companies and business interests.

Facts;

To that end, I am going to ask a private investigator I know to start (legally) doing detailed research on you, your company(s) and connections.  He will also be looking for other people that may have been told the same story that I was told that we can call as witnesses.  Perhaps I can find some people that actually processed and funded that phone funding process I was approached with.  I would think he is going to start by asking the cell phones companies about large purchases made by individuals (10 or more) that were accompanied to the stores by third parties (to the extent allowed by law), but he does like to run ads and ask for information in the newspapers, internet, etc.

By the way,

I told you that I contacted the FBI, HSA previously; the FBI (Dallas office) called me a few days ago.  Unfortunately, I cannot expound at this point.  I do trust they will do a thorough job. In any case whatever they do does not involve me at this point.

The effect of not answering (hiding) is making you look like a scared fool Mr. Reeves, not to mention guilty of all the charges leveled against you, of course this is just my opinion.  It is not my intention to hurt your business(es) just tell me who you attornies are.  If your business is damaged, it will be by actions of the courts and/or your hiding and statements.
