Michael Sutton Publicity Services Not Rendered Tacoma, Washington

Michael Sutton contacted me offering publicity services for my latest album release (at that time) Between 10 and 2, including an article he was to write for his own publication.  After paying him via Paypal and sending 30 copies of the album, he kept saying that he would get to writing my article "next week" and every two months or so would respond to my emails by saying that we are "just waiting for some reviews," but claiming that it wasn't a problem on his end. 

I sent the payment and CDs in January of 2008.  I still haven't received one article or review or any information as to where the albums have even been submitted.  The last reply to an email that I received was in May 2008.  Michael eluded me long enough that I missed my window to file an file a claim and get my money back from Paypal. 

I'm out 30 copies of my CD, $200, and the better part of a year's promotion of an album that - by the time I hired another publicist - was considered old news.
