Well, the interesting part about this review is that I have never had a client by the name of Jane Leopold; however, I do have a stalker by the name of Joseph Chinnock. It is not a coincidence that I am filing a rebuttal within hours of this complaint being made as I expected it, and here is why:

Mr. Chinnock hired me for some writing work. We went through several projects and he ended up not paying me for some. After making numerous demands for payment, he wired me money Western Union. He then contacted me again and wanted to hire me for more work. At this point, I informed him that I needed payment upfront. After much delay, he wired me the money and then demanded the work be completed immediately. I informed him that I would no longer work for him, forwarded him the work that he paid me for, and parted ways. A short time later, he began threatening me and stated that he was calling the police, the sheriff's office, the FBI, etc. (if you look at the previous complaints against him you will see this pattern).

After numerous attempts to extort me into refunding his money, he was informed to call the cops or whatever he needed to do and was warned about defamation (which he obviously did not heed the warning). For a con artist, he is not very smart. From the screenshots, you will see that he emailed me this afternoon threatening to call the U.S. Marshall on me. If you notice the complaint above filed by his alias "Jane Leopold", he formatted the same information on the U.S. Marshall (address, name, phone number, etc.) as he did in the screen shot you can see of the email he sent me. Not a coincidence. In addition, you will see that he has a habit of using fake names. The other screenshot you will see is from a Google+ post of someone who was solicited by Mr. Chinnock (also at this link -https://plus.google.com/+RobJackson/posts/ESDJkwuibZ3). Notice that he signs the bottom of the post with the fake name "Patrick Stewart." Again, he is not that good of a con artist as the phone number that "Patrick Stewart" provided in the G+ post is the same phone number that you will find on the email screenshot from Joseph Chinnock.

So, thank you Joseph. You were warned about the consequences of your conduct. Unfortunately, RipOffReport does not remove reports made to the website which means anyone looking to use my services will get to see this nice fake review from a con artist. I will make sure that I follow-up with images of how this plays out in court (filings, judgment, etc.). For those who decide not to use my service because of Mr. Chinnock's review, please let me know as it will be used when calculating damages.
